Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 3 MB, including artwork you create with an AI tool. Keep your image as it is or use it as inspiration for new artwork. You can also ask AI to change the layout, colors, words, and motion. Use images you have permission to share; real children’s faces and licensed characters aren’t supported.
Do I need a separate ChatGPT account?
No. Chat with the invitation designer right here. Describe your celebration, attach an image if you like, and add the date, place, or RSVP questions in the same conversation. Preview your animated invitation before sharing. Connecting an external assistant is optional.
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. Guests open the invitation in a browser and reply with their name, yes/no/maybe, headcount, and email or phone. A note is optional.
What does it cost?
Try 3 AI design edits and 1 new image without an account. Sign in with Google for up to 10 edits and 3 images per draft, and when you’re ready to share. Daily limits also apply. Creating and previewing are free. Pay when you share: $9 for Basic with up to 20 confirmed attendees, or $19 for Unlimited. Children and plus-ones count. Basic keeps collecting replies beyond 20; upgrade for $10 to reveal additional parties’ saved details. No subscription. Existing invitations retain their entitlements.
Can guests change their response?
Yes. A new answer with the same email or phone number replaces the previous response. Use the same contact when updating your RSVP.
Does Purple Magic send invitations for me?
You share the link using your own Messages, WhatsApp, email, or another app. Purple Magic collects the responses; it does not import guest lists or send guest messages.
